Seth and I were set to be discharged on April 14, Good Friday (what an Amazing Friday)! but we actually made it on the Thursday before Good Friday. So wonderful to see our house again and with fun decorations. Seth's 3rd round of chemo went for 4 weeks and then he transferred straight to BMT without a chance to come home. It was so wonderful to be back at the house!

Getting home from transplant with Seth was exhausting. It was like having a newborn, but worse. Constant oral medications with nausea. I remember having the nice clean carpets. Poor Seth was so nauseaus that he threw up all over the carpets - multiple times. We were exhaused from clinic at 7:30 3X a week. We even had to go the Saturday before Easter. I think Easter morning we slept until almost noon.
