Seth and Joel - 6 Month Pictures

Here are Seth and Joel's 6 month pictures. I am posting them about a month late, but they were taking were taken at about 6 months.

Stats:
Joel is 17lbs. and 6.8 oz and 27" tall
Seth is 17 lbs. and 12.6 oz and 27.25" tall

Here is a link to Nathaniel's stats.  His six-month pictures are here and here. Yes, we took a ton of Nathaniel. I would love to have more of these guys, but we just don't have time. Seth and Joel are such sweet babies. Seth is pretty laid-back. Joel is very cuddly - he loves to be held. They love Nathaniel more than anything. They watch whatever he is doing and think he is hilarious. They are not sitting up yet, but should be soon. They both roll over both ways. They have blonde hair! My sister and I both had blonde hair when we were babies. The first 6 months have flown by. We are so happy to have such a wonderful family. Thanks to everyone who has helped us out during the pregnancy and first 6 months. We couldn't have done it without your help!

More Easter Pictures

Funny Easter story. Will and Nathaniel were talking about the Easter bunny the night before Easter. Nathaniel leaned in to Will and said "Want to know what I think? I think the Easter bunny is just a person dressed in a bunny costume. Do you think I am right?" Will was surprised, but said, "Yes, I think you are buddy. But some people still like to have fun with it, so don't ruin the surprise for anyone else." We had been to an egg hunt at his school the day before, and they had someone dressed up like the Easter bunny. Nathaniel studied him, but we didn't get our picture taken with him. I guess Nathaniel just realized it was a person in a suit. He still seemed excited the next morning when he saw his basket.

Good-bye, Otis

Otis passed away on April 16, 2015. He is missed very much. He was a great dog - very sweet, very faithful. He loved bread, and would sneak some off the table if he ever got a chance. We have lots of great memories with him. The past year was hard on him, and he didn't feel great, but he never complained. You will be missed, Otis!

Seth's New Teeth

I am way behind on blogging, but have to record Seth's new teeth. The boys have been working on teething for a while, but Seth's first tooth came in on April 16th and his second on the 19th. Both were bottom teeth.

Happy Easter

We made it to church (a little late) and had a friend take a picture of our family, since we were together and everyone was happy. I love shots of the 5 of us! And I am holding Joel.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family. And blessed to enjoy Easter together. He has risen, indeed!

Bluebonnets

A week or so ago, we took Nathaniel bike riding at a park close to our house and found these lovely bluebonnets.

He loves his bunny - the other day he wanted me to take a picture of him with his bunny. So sweet!

Nathaniel is so affectionate. I love how he constantly gives me hugs and kisses. And he tells me he loves me. I hope he stays that way as long as possible!
