President Hair

Will is the one who styles Nathaniel's hair (I comb it but have no creative ideas). After this grooming, I guess one of them decided to call this look "President Hair."

A couple of weeks ago he was having quiet time and we found this trail of animals.

This one is from the park. 

About a month ago, the 747 that carries the shuttle was being relocated during the middle of the night. Will went to watch. It was pretty neat, they even lifted up the traffic lights because it was so big.

Muffins with Mom

The Thursday at school before Mother's Day, we had Muffins with Mom. We got to eat muffins with our kiddos and see the Mother's Day card that they made us.

Here they are singing Happy Birthday to one of their teachers. Nathaniel threw in a little dance with his song.

The card is sideways, but it says "I love my mom because she helps me put a band-aid on my knee and I love her taking me to school." They got to pick what to say on each of their card. It was a fun morning.

Fun Visit

Aunt Hillary and Uncle Shelby came to visit us a few weekends ago. We had such a great time. Here are some shots of Aunt Hill playing with Nathaniel. They had a car show at the park while we were there playing.

And here we are making some cookies. As you will see further down, most of the flour ended up on his shirt.

Nathaniel had a great time with Rafe and Oakley too. Unfortunately I don't think they enjoyed him as much. We can't wait to see Hill and Shelby again!

We had a fantastic Mother's Day. I am so happy to be a mother to this fantastic little boy. And I am grateful for my own wonderful mother and mother-in-law.
