Swimming and fun in June

My mom came to visit in June, and took some good shots of the boys. She got to take some pictures for me of the boys doing swim lessons.

I used to eat at Luby's with my grandparents fairly often, and I thought Nathaniel would have a good time going. He's never been to a cafeteria-style place before and I thought it might help prepare him for school. He picked out his food and put it on the tray. We had a good time, especially the little boys. They ate sweet potatoes.

Fun at the Pool

Over Memorial Day our good friends Anna and Claire came to visit. We had a blast! We made it to the swimming pool. It was the first trip for the little boys.

Claire was a special friend to Annie. Annie doesn't like many new people but she loved Claire and would follow her if she left the room. Annie enjoyed lots of attention from Claire.

We had such a wonderful time. Thanks again for coming Anna and Claire.

Swimming and other fun

Nathaniel has continued with his swimming lessons and he really enjoys being in the water. He can swim underwater and is constantly getting better.

Here he is doing some art. His writing is getting better and he colors beautifully.

Here he is with Annie. Annie has been very patient lately.

I can't believe August is already here! I have had such a  good summer with my boy.
