Seth's Ice Cream Cone and post-Christmas Selfies

Seth has asked several times lately about having an ice cream cone. He's never really had one. I think one time I took Seth and Joel in the stroller to Baskin Robins, and fed them ice cream out of a cup. Seth has seen ice cream cones in books and movies, so he was curious about trying one. We bought some cones and strawberry ice cream and made him a cone shortly after Christmas.

Nathaniel worked hard to get good behavior at school, so we got some ice cream to celebrate. Joel starting pointing and grunting as soon as he saw Nathaniel's cone, so he and Seth had some ice cream also.

Homemade Ice Cream

Over Labor Day weekend we decided to make some ice cream. Nathaniel helped, and his job was to crush the cookies. He was very successful! And of course the ice cream was delicious.

Last week Will and I decided to take our sweet son for a special treat. Here we are at the frozen yogurt shop. I thought I got enough for Nathaniel and I to share (since we are both chocolate lovers) but not so much. I think he will get his own next time. He shared with Daddy too. I love the chocolate mustache Nathaniel is sporting.
