March 2019

March was a stressful month. We made an unexpected trip to the ICU over spring break which was difficult on all of us. We did enjoy our time with Wendy, as she traveled to Houston over our Spring Break to spend time with us and give Mimi a break.

He put this tiny car on his head.

Our friend Melinda gave us these Echos - they were perfect for video calls. It was so much easier than using our phones.

Seth watched some Amazon Prime shows that he hadn't been able to watch since being at home like "Stinky and Dirty."

Thursday Mar 7 at MDA - Seth wanted a Lego kit and they loaned him a set

Friday Mar 8 - Regina gave Nathaniel a duck - he named his duck "Quackers"

I went home with Nathaniel and Mimi and we spent time at Sylvan Rodriguez park.

Thursday Mar 14 - Seth and I made it back to BMT. We were so happy to leave ICU behind.

Mar 17 - Just the 4 of us. Such a nice visit. This is the last time we would be together for a while because of visiting restrictions that didn't allow siblings.

Tuesday Mar 19 - Seth started making his own Lego creations from the tubs I created for him with random pieces.

Wed Mar 20 - Seth and Will made this home for the green Elephant stick-bot.

Sat Mar 23 - His "Porcupine Hair" kept popping up (it was very thick) and bothered him, so we covered it with a band-aid.

Sunday Mar 24 - Chocolate Croissant at Rice Village (Nathaniel not allowed to visit)

Wed Mar 27 - Velociraptor from Night Nurse Heather - he loved it.

Sunday March 31 - Manta rays for the dressing change

Since Nathaniel couldn't visit, we went to the zoo with Mimi. It was freezing and there was a very cold wind. We walked to Bodega's for tacos after.

Since it was so cold, we spent a lot of time in the reptile house. Nathaniel loved the snakes.
